These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Give Clean's cleaning services and website. By booking a service, submitting a quote request, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a cleaning service with Give Clean — whether by phone, email, website form, or in person — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Give Clean ("Company").
Give Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Services Provided
Give Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Mansfield, TX and surrounding areas, including:
- Standard residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Commercial office and workspace cleaning
- Post-construction cleanup
- Recurring cleaning plans (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Specialized cleaning services as quoted
Services are performed by Eric Fuller or authorized Give Clean staff. The specific scope of each cleaning is agreed upon at the time of booking or as outlined in your quote.
3 Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Give Clean will confirm your appointment date and time via phone, email, or SMS.
- Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from Give Clean
- You are responsible for ensuring property access at the scheduled time
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, or other emergencies with reasonable advance notice
- Recurring service schedules may be adjusted by mutual agreement
Scheduling tip: Book at least 48 hours in advance for standard appointments. Move-in/move-out and deep cleanings may require additional lead time.
4 Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided in your quote and agreed upon before service begins. Prices are based on property size, service type, and current condition of the space.
- Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ materially from what was quoted
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
- Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee
Give Clean reserves the right to adjust pricing for recurring customers with 14 days' written notice.
5 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

⚠️ Recurring customers: Three or more cancellations within a 12-month period may result in removal from the recurring schedule. A deposit may be required to rebook.

6 Satisfaction Guarantee
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional charge.
To initiate a re-clean under our guarantee:
- Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment completion
- Describe the specific area or issue you are unsatisfied with
- We will schedule a complimentary return visit within 48 business hours
The satisfaction guarantee applies to the original scope of cleaning services performed. It does not cover changes in scope, pre-existing conditions, or damage unrelated to our cleaning.
Refunds are issued at our discretion when a re-clean is not possible or requested.
7 Damage Claims Policy
Give Clean takes care to treat your property with respect. However, if you believe our team has caused damage during a service:
- Report the damage to us within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide a written description and, if possible, photographs of the damage
- We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
Our liability is limited to:
- Repair of the damaged item, or
- Replacement at current fair market value (not original purchase price)
- Maximum claim value equal to the cost of the cleaning service performed
⚠️ Not covered: Pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value (jewelry, art, antiques) unless disclosed in advance, damage due to improper storage or pre-existing wear.
Give Clean is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed, improperly secured, or inherently fragile. We recommend securing or storing items of exceptional value before your appointment.
8 Access to Property
You are responsible for providing Give Clean with safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
- Ensure entry codes, keys, or access instructions are provided in advance
- Pets should be secured in a room we are not cleaning, or removed from the property
- Our team will not clean areas that pose a health or safety hazard
- If access is denied or unavailable at appointment time, the no-show fee applies
By granting us access to your property, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so (as owner, tenant, or authorized representative).
9 Supplies & Equipment
Give Clean brings all necessary professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.
- We use EPA-approved, professional cleaning products
- Eco-friendly and low-chemical options are available upon request (may affect pricing)
- If you prefer we use your own supplies, please notify us at time of booking
- We are not responsible for damage caused by customer-supplied products
10 Health & Safety
The safety of our staff and customers is a priority.
- Our team will not clean environments with hazardous materials (mold, biohazards, extreme hoarding conditions) without a specialized service agreement
- We reserve the right to leave a job site if conditions pose an unreasonable safety risk
- Please disclose any known hazards, health concerns, or special requirements at the time of booking
- Customers with infectious illness are asked to reschedule without penalty with proper notice
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Give Clean's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, utility failures)
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Give Clean and Eric Fuller from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
- False or misleading information you provided
- Your violation of any applicable law
13 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our services or website, you also consent to our SMS Terms of Service if you opt in to receive text messages from us.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Give Clean services shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal resolution: Contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved quickly
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Tarrant County, Texas before pursuing litigation
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be filed in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas
You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis — not as part of a class action.
