These SMS Terms of Service govern your participation in text message communications from Give Clean. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in or reply STOP to cancel.
1 Program Description
Give Clean operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding:

- Service updates, changes, and notifications

2 How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Give Clean by:
- Website form: Entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form
- Verbal consent: Providing your mobile number and verbal consent during a phone call with our team
- Text-in: Texting START to our business number
By opting in, you confirm: You are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number provided, and you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Give Clean at that number.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Give Clean.
3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule, preferences, and current promotions.
- Transactional messages (reminders, confirmations): Sent as needed around your appointments
- Promotional messages: Typically 1–4 per month
- Total estimated: 2–6 messages per month on average
We will not send excessive or spam messages. You can always reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time.
4 Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Give Clean does not charge a separate fee for SMS participation.
Please check your wireless carrier's plan for applicable rates. Give Clean is not responsible for charges incurred through your carrier for receiving or sending SMS messages.
5 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of Give Clean SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply any of the keywords above to any Give Clean text message. Upon receipt, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will be removed from our SMS list immediately.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing or promotional SMS messages. You may still receive essential transactional messages related to active service appointments unless you also request cancellation of service.

Give Clean's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by signal coverage, carrier policies, or technical issues outside our control.
9 Privacy & Data Use
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your mobile number is stored securely in our CRM system
- We do not sell or share your mobile number with third-party marketers
- Your opt-in consent is recorded with a timestamp for TCPA compliance
- Opt-in data is retained for a minimum of 4 years
- Your data is never used for purposes unrelated to Give Clean services
10 Message Content Guidelines
All SMS messages from Give Clean will be relevant to your service relationship with us. We commit to:
- Clearly identifying Give Clean as the sender in each message
- Including opt-out instructions (STOP) in promotional messages
- Not sending messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time
- Not sending obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Honoring all opt-out requests promptly

11 Disclaimer of Warranties
Give Clean's SMS program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free delivery of SMS messages. We are not responsible for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
- Charges incurred through your wireless carrier
- Technical errors outside our reasonable control
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
